Asustek Computer is
expected to launch tablet devices
and smartphones combined measuring seven inches at
the Mobile World Congress (WMC)
February 25 to 29 next.
The device, referred to Taiwan media DigiTimes, will
use the Android operating system 4.1
with support for Intel Atom Z242 processor,
RAM 16 gigabit and
gigabit memory read one.
Fonepad Asus will
memakain IPS touchscreen
with a density of 1280 x 800 pixel images and
features three mega pixel camera on the
back.
With the estimated price 271-305 U.S. dollars (Rp2,
6 million - Rp2,
9 million), reaching Fonepad Asus 3G
connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth,
and global position system (GPS).
Asustek anonymous informant called Fonepad,
with Nexus 7 and
Memo Pad, will
compete with tablet devices
competitors in the global market.
Asustek plans to ship
about 12 million tablets,
including Android tablets and Windows
seven inches, to the rest of the world during 2013.
